Lainie Liberti, Principal and Creative Director of jungle [8], a Los Angeles-based leading brand strategy and graphic design agency, has been invited to speak at the Regional Student Conference on June 28-29 at UCLA, hosted by the Association of Professionals and Students.
The Association of Professionals and Students is a nonprofit organization with the goal of raising minority student admissions in colleges and professional schools throughout the country. The Conference involves a series of professional development workshops and career presentations taught by real-world experts who are dedicated to mentoring youth considering careers in the industry. Topics include environmental awareness, higher education, and lectures on careers in engineering, law and graphic design, among others.
Lainie Liberti will be conducting a workshop on careers in the graphic arts. Liberti has over 15 years experience in the industry, and is widely-known for powerful, high-energy visual solutions, and a commitment to socially-conscious messaging. Liberti remains actively involved with several public service and arts groups, and continues to mentor young talent through her agency. She is the former Creative Director of Digital Entertainment Network and has and served as Art Director at iXL responsible for shaping dozens of highly visible brands.
