![Salad ala jungle [8]](http://blog.jungle8.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/01/salad.jpg)
Far from the singing cicadas, far from the red pepper braided branches ornating the porches, far from the lavender smell of the southern landscape of France that inspired Van Gogh, the Mediterranea stirred our imagination as lunch time knocked at the door.
In the torsade-shaped basket, red plump and juicy heirlooms, voluptuous potatoes, sunny granny smith, a generous artichokes sauce and an italian olive oil bottle were the main actors for the gustative act to come. Garlic, thyme, their privileged accompaniment.
Parted in four, each potato was dressed with oil, garlic and thyme to roast in the oven. Impatient to be pampered, the granny smith winked at us, time for them to be caramelized under our “cordon bleu” creativity.
The last touch consisted in mixing harmoniously flavors, colors and tastes…Easy…Enjoy…
Another jungle[8] masterpiece.
